Edenmill Farm Shop is proud to provide only fresh, top quality meats. We stock an array of delicious, local and seasonal produce. All beef comes from our own naturally reared Aberdeen Angus herd. Venison is wild and all other meats are locally sourced and have less than 50 food miles. We butcher everything on site and have created our own range of speciality sausages and burgers. We can account for every step of your food’s journey from the pasture to your plate.

We have been working on the Edenmill “apprentice” with the local school Strathblane Primary 6 & 7 lately. We set them a challenge in 5 groups to come up with a product using our Beef Lamb pork and venison. We are announcing the winners this Friday. They have done exceptionally well not only did they come up with a product but they have market tested, calculated the meat content, ingredients, labels and marketing. They are putting together a power point presentation so I can decide which one I am going to put on our produce list, sell at the Highland Show and on the high Street. We visited the market test day last week and could not believe the standard!
