Knockraich is a family run dairy farm in Fintry, Central Scotland, owned and managed by Robert Rodger. The closed herd of 60 prime British Friesian Cattle, producing 1000 litres of the finest quality milk, are grazed outdoors over the summer months and while wintering indoors are fed only on natural feeds of non GM origin.

Robert’s wife, Katy and daughters Catherine and Helena between them run an exquisite soft furnishing company, Cafe and the new Creamery all within the farm courtyard. Their continued passion for quality and style, combined with a hard working family spirit has helped them to stand out from the crowd on the route of farm diversification.

Katy Rodger’s Artisan Dairy range has been hand created to emphasise the natural quality of the milk. There are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives in any of the chilled product range. Simple fresh fruit compotes are added to provide delicious flavour to the fruit yogurts. The packaging has been carefully designed to highlight the natural goodness of the product, no gimmicks, just clear, simple and elegant; it looks fantastic on the shelf.
