MHOR is a family business based in the heart of the Trossachs National Park in Scotland, run by Tom and his wife Lisa May, brother Dick and sister Melanie Lewis. It’s made up of the award-winning:

  • Monachyle MHOR hotel - set within its own 2,000 acre estate on the banks of Loch Voil and Doine
  • MHOR Fish - a fishmongers, restaurant and fish and chip shop - Callander
  • MHOR Bread - a bakery, tearoom and shop - Callander
  • MHOR Tea at the Library Tearoom - Balquhidder
  • MHOR Farm provides the restaurant with venison, sheep, cattle, pigs and hens on our 2000 acre estate

Our aim is to provide the finest Scottish food and hospitality: Bread fresh from our bakery, eggs still warm from the hens, lamb, beef, pork, venison and organic vegetables from our farm and fish from sustainable fish stocks from the west coast of Scotland.
